Terms & Cancellation Policy

These terms apply when you book and attend an appointment with With Gleam, ABN 91 219 621 079, operated by Julius Lee, a registered oral health therapist, at G08/420 Canterbury Road, Campsie NSW 2194. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Bookings and suitability

All appointments are by appointment only. When you book, you will complete a short health questionnaire. Whitening proceeds only where it is appropriate for you; following your health check, we may postpone or decline treatment, and your safety guides that decision. This is a normal part of clinical care.

2. Pricing and payment

Current prices are shown on our website and may change from time to time. The price that applies is the one quoted at the time of your booking. Payment is taken by card through Square at your appointment. A 10% deposit of the service fee is taken at the time of booking and applied to the cost of your treatment.

3. Cancellations, rescheduling and no-shows

Because the service runs by appointment with limited availability, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours' notice may forfeit the deposit.

  • If you do not attend without notice (a no-show), the deposit is forfeited.

  • If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your session may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

We understand genuine emergencies happen — please contact us as early as you can, and we will do our best to help.

4. About results

Whitening responds differently from person to person, and results vary between individuals. We do not guarantee a particular result. Suitability and realistic expectations are discussed with you at your appointment.

5. Aftercare

Following the aftercare guidance provided helps you look after your teeth after treatment. Once you leave your appointment, aftercare is your responsibility.

6. Offers and promotions

Any offer or promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be stated together with the offer.

7. Our responsibility to you

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any other claim relating to our services is limited to resupplying the service, or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

8. Privacy

We handle your personal and health information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
